“ Food usually really good there. Could improve on greasiness of fried pickles and other fried items. Veggie omelette tasty, but again could go easy on grease of fried veggies. Very nice atmosphere. Good portion sizes as well. ”

Ordered French toast with blueberries.. the blueberries came out in a Small bowl still frozen. The waitress was sweet and apologized but really?? Who wants plain frozen blueberries on their French toast?? The atmosphere was good and all the food was priced very well. Will definitely go back on our next trip just not ordering French toast ”

The owner actually came out from behind the stove to check on every single table to make sure that everything was made to satisfaction! Very down to earth hometown feel as soon as you walk in the door! And did I mention that the food is amazing!! Grilled shrimp on a bed of rice with mashed potatoes and a side salad was my meal. Chicken fried steak (regular size) with mashed potatoes and gravy and pinto beans for my husband's meal. ****THESE PINTO BEANS ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER TASTED!!!!!**** And we cannot forget the wonderful fried pickles for our starter!! (The picture of the fried pickles was actually taken after we had already eaten half of the basket. What can I say? We were hungry and there were very, very, very good!!!!) This is a definite must go to restaurant!!!!!!! ”
